GYST provides a visual workspace designed to help individuals think clearly, organize ideas, and structure information.
The service is provided as a cloud-based software platform accessible via web browser and mobile applications for iOS and Android.
To use GYST you must:

GYST currently offers the following plans:
Free Plan
Limited access to the workspace for personal use.
Pro Plan
€19 per month (VAT included where applicable)
Includes expanded workspace capabilities and additional usage limits.
Business Plan
€39 per month (VAT included where applicable)
Includes advanced features and higher usage limits.

Paid plans are billed monthly.
Subscriptions:
Payments on the web are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's billing terms and policies. Cancellation of in-app subscriptions must be managed through the relevant app store.
GYST may offer a free trial period before billing begins.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right after purchasing a subscription.
However, by requesting immediate access to the service and acknowledging that the service begins immediately, you waive the withdrawal right once the subscription begins.
Users retain ownership of the content they create in GYST.
By using the service, you grant GYST a limited license to host and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.
You agree not to:
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.
Use of the GYST mobile application is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, these Terms govern the relationship between you and GYST.
Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GYST shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
