Do I need a credit card for Free?

No. Sign up and use GYST for free, for as long as you want.

Is Thinker billed monthly or yearly?

Your choice. Monthly is $5, billed every month. Yearly is $50, billed once a year: that’s 2 months free. Prices include taxes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you want. You keep Thinker until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens if I go back to Free?

Your pages and content stay yours. Thinker-only features, like edit sharing, stop working, and you can’t add new files beyond the Free storage.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Everything else in GYST keeps working. AI features pause until you top up ($5, $10 or $20) or connect your own API key.

What are AI credits?

Credits are used each time you work with AI inside GYST: asking about your content, summarizing, or creating something new. Each model uses credits at its own rate.

Which AI models can I use?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek and Llama. Free starts on DeepSeek; top up once and you can switch to any model. On Thinker, every model is open from day one.

Do AI credits expire?

No. Credits you haven’t used stay on your account.

Can we run GYST on our own servers?

Talk to us. We’re open to running GYST inside your company, and we’ll look at what you need together.

What happens when my storage is full?

Nothing is deleted. You just can’t upload new files until you free up space or upgrade.
